    Nice post. Supplements are so overrated and a waste of money for most people. If you’re an advanced bodybuilder/athlete sure, some supplementation may help but for the average Joe/ Jane they are not necessary.

    I think this line sums it up most accurately “A little something that challenges your body in a much better way than sitting at your desk or couch...” better than nothing, but not optimal.
