The most fucked up thing about the first letter is the gathering of a dozen people on Thanksgiving 2020, masks down, laughing and chomping away on a cum-soaked casserole while literally thousands of people die each day from a pandemic that is ravaging the country. The least we can do right now is not throw parties or

The synergy between story and username is unsettling.

That was terribly racist of you to project your colonialist Western values onto that poor indigenous chef. You should have eaten his cum and be grateful for what little his tribe could spare.

Poor WHY isn’t going to get much attention after that first letter, is he?

It was all so very perfect. 90's Rare had this vibe going that I wish I could find in something modern....I miss it.

I swear Donkey Kong Country’s music is why I have such an obsession and love for groovy ambient music now.

Really all that needs to be said.

DKC2’s OST was my favorite game soundtrack growing up. Game was brutal for 9-year old me but it was prob the first piece of entertainment that made me appreciate music as a medium.

I have nothing to add, other than I wholeheartedly agree. DKC2's OST is nothing short of amazing. The songs are catchy, memorable & fit the levels they were attached to. I played a ton of videogames as a kid during the mid 90s - I still get chills listening DKC2 & MGS1 music.

Trump campaign’s communications director Tim Murtaugh...

It’s going to involve Kirby burning the candle from both ends for years on end, but stuck doing the only thing he knows how to do, and maybe the only thing he’s ever loved. The end of the game has him getting into the ring against King Dedede, against his doctor’s recommendations.

We end on him performing a ‘final

They also, even more indirectly, announced Kirby Fighters 1 to me in particular.

Always has been.

I think people are waaaay too invested in the “Nurse Ratched” aspect of this story, when it’s pretty clear Ryan Murphy just wanted to do American Horror Story: Asylum Part 2: Electric Boogaloo, and this was his way in. More crazy people and nurses! Weird body horror and medical imagery! Period costumes and set design!

I actually found the happy “diversity in Hollywood will change the world” take the show seemed to have as insulting to the reality of the situation. Murphy seemed clueless about this (in one interview he patted himself on the back saying he gave Rock Hudson the story Rock would have wanted... Really? Does that include

Hollywood wasn’t camp??? I guess we have a different definition of camp. I did like Asylum where miraculously all the plot points actually came together (I’ve heard some of that is due to Tim Minear’s involvement being more prominent than usual). Of course his partners in crime Brad Falchuk (Mr Gwyneth Paltrow!)

A Ryan Murphy/Ian Brennan produced show with a character who shows “baffling” contradictions not built around character? A Murphy/Brennan show that is built around spectacle and exhibits no depth?? I am SHOCKED.

While it sometimes irks me that the better Murphy productions give full credit to him when they shouldn’t

Amusingly, his best season of AHS was Asylum. Undeniably over the top (Nazi doctors! Aliens! Beasts in the woods!), but it always felt grounded in the characters.

i always find it fascinating that every villain prequel is always a sympathetic deep-dive but every hero sequel is about them being washed up losers everyone has basically forgotten about.
