I wouldn’t mind Wailord’s scaling down as much if they actually gave it a walk cycle, like having it hop up and down trying to follow you. Or, since it IS the Blimp Pokémon, have it follow you up in the air like a blimp, higher than normal floating Water-types. But GF did neither. 

I can make an argument for the Wailord (it’d be weak), but the Falinks having problems is just ridiculous. It’s a pokemon that made its debut in this game AND it’s shown running around in the overworld in one area -- you’d think they’d put more effort into making sure it marches on land correctly...

I wonder again and again how stupid these officers must be to be clearly abusing their power in times when they are under the microscope of public. And no attorney will not let them go without a punishment. It is so hard to behave professionally for few weeks? If they are not able to do this as a standard?
