In the secret scenes you can see that Dan was in on it. It was Rodney who brought it up first so he was in on it. In his exit interview Joaquin said he was in on it. So a bunch of people if not everyone was in on it. It's just that different people though they were doing it to vote out different people.

No this was worse. She hid under a table. The table cloth wasn't long enough to conceal her. There were no chairs or anything to hide her. If that wasn't bad enough she was holding the string of a helium filled balloon which if the other kids weren't so . . . dumb would have been a beacon to find her.

Well according to Max the divide came from her getting the votes at tribal. Which apparently was his deceit on Joaquin and So which is why she wanted him out so bad. More maintenance could have helped, but it probably wasn't the only issue and perhaps not the main issue.

Agreed sometimes secret scenes are as telling as anything in the episode for they would have shown this if that person won.

I agree from what I've seen by the episode after the merge people who really know what they're doing can get the winner for sure. Some times earlier.
