I am a proponent of dill, but try all of them. A good way to test is some peanut butter on a saltine cracker with a slice of pickle on top. I find it interesting that you compared him to the Anubis in the diner, both actors, George Dzundza and Paul Guilfoyle are known for playing cops on police procedurals—Law and Order and CSI.  I have been known to get them confused from time to time.

Speed Racer is flat out gorgeous (and a great movie, with some very interesting cinematic choices) and Warner Bros. needs to put that out on 4K UHD blu-ray.
