The worst SkyMaul stuff is the "healthcare" stuff, including that acupressure thingy. However, POV video glasses are actually not a bad concept. They certainly are less awkward than using the GoPro with a head strap. And an air-gapped password vault? Well, cumbersome, but not actually a bad idea.

Yeah, actually they are. That's what they are doing when they fingerprint you. What they aren't allowed to do is compel *testimony* against your will. Fingerprints aren't testimony.

One of the first things cops do when they arrest you is to take your finger prints - no consent required. So it should come as no surprise that a court says they can do the same thing using your fingers on your phone instead of a finger print pad. This is an entirely foreseeable consequence of using something "you

The video has the music credit backwards. It is "Grieg Roach by Lanark" not the other way around. And the music is licensed attribution **non-commercial**. This is a commercial use. If you have paid for a use outside of that licensed on your video, you should note so.

A yacht with a "garage" that holds a smaller boat? Phtt. How about a yacht that holds **3** 33 to 36 foot, million dollar tenders? Now *that's* a yacht.

An actual dash cam likely makes a better dash cam. And I'm not sure if this still applies, but at one time you could not video record using a GoPro on USB power, only charge, making them useless as dash cams even though they could record loops. Some dash cams have accelerometers to detect crashes and keep the dash cam

I'd say an ultra wide angle camera is terrible for formal, sit down interviews, for all sorts of reasons, including the distortion, but also because the wide angle shows all sorts of stuff you don't want people to be looking at. And this budget version may not have the external mic input of standard GoPros.

"I think that kind of compositing would be a TON to ask of a camera, particularly a camera that's part of a smartphone."

I'm pretty disappointed. I thought the video was of a new feature of the Lumia 930 - that it could automatically pull a difference matte and make one of these kinds of videos automatically, the way some cameras can make a still version of something similar. Instead the behind the scenes video tells us that the Lumia

The Exploratorium has moved. It is no longer at the Palace of Fine Arts (a temporary building left over from the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition.) It is now located at the waterfront on Pier 15.

For bad responses it is hard to beat the blog post by biologist and Social Justice Warrior PZ Myers:

Some very similar ideas, but their video has way better production values. Yours is competent, theirs is downright gorgeous.

Not all that snarky, jklier, and, I think, a reasonable response to your very know-it-all post. But, I'll grant you that I didn't see the other corrections to your inadvertently misinformed post before I posted mine.

The retractable landing gear isn't for aerodynamics, it is to allow the gimballed camera a full, unobstructed 360 degree view. Clearly the drone requirements for 5+ years of "research" are different than those for professional level videography.

If you use that excuse, the handbook requires the retention specialist to verify that Comcast services are active at the address you give. Instead, you should use "you are moving and don't know the new address". The handbook doesn't require any follow up to that one.
