Not only is it good, I'd go so far as to say it's occasionally great. It's very character driven without leaning on them for core narrative purposes a la Dragon Age 2. The voice acting is even very good to great, and that's saying a lot considering that first game was very stilted in the vocal delivery for the most

Just remember that a smart (or at least, patient) gamer doesn't have to pay $60 for every game they want to play.

Yeah, I meant remake...

Frivolity? I'd settle just for an enjoyable jrpg. I think the last one I played was Lost Odyssey.

We've already got to the point where they are porting an re-releasing Final Fantasy games that I didn't care about playing when they first came out.

A band of misfits tried to murder me right there after I helped them run a ship aground, just last night!

It was mostly vitriol anyway.

That is a hilarious quote coming from anyone working at Bioware.

100% Agreed.

You don't see the reply comments in the article's main page, only featured comments. but thanks.

I see.

Your post makes no sense. Online features such as multiplayer cost money and manpower to maintain. Game development itself is a costly process which is difficult to recoup expenses from.

"If they want people to buy their games new, then put in extra content and make people that buy it used pay for it"

Bwhahahahaha! Where's your tinfoil hat?

Because he's the guy who puts up the money that makes the game's development possible. If not for people like him, studios like Infinity Ward would not exist.

Isn't it precisely the same tenor that is expressed towards developers and publishers who implement online passes, from those who don't like them?

Rent from gamefly. Every time I've chosen to keep a game I've rented, they send me thebox with all of the original contents inside. Not sure if that's true 100% of the time, but I've never had an issue where I was locked out of content buying used games from them.

It's called Speak Up. It is a reader's comment, published as a blog post, for other commenters to discuss. It's been a daily feature of the website for quite some time.

Also, I think it's fine to use actors as reference for character models, and agree that it can add a lot to the believability of the character (though Miranda's ass was probably a bit embellished upon, let's be honest). I do like what people are doing with performance capture and the like, it's simply when you are

That's a good point, actually. I do find recognizing a celebrity to be immersion breaking too- except for Nolan North. It's only when he's not Drake that it feels jarring to hear his voice- which is in practically everything else out there.
