I always find high profile actors doing voice roles in videogames to be a double edged sword.

If you're sweaty while gaming, you just need to take your pants off.

Sooo, for 17k I get the ugliest looking case they could possibly find?

@Ash Paulsen: Fair enough. I have an admitted amount of cognitive dissonance when I cannot understand why something hold appeal when I find it offensively bad... As demonstrated I suppose, I simply wish I could see what other people see in kojimas narratives. To each their own!

@meteora3255: You are joking, I hope. That's exactly what that means...

@develin: "I would say the game was very well appreciated by the people who played it," Guillemot said. "But we didn't have enough people when it was launched."

@Sakilla: I am a fan, it's just not the XBLA Castlevania game I keep wishing for. It possesses it's own merits, I suppose. I just think Konami is exploiting the series fanbase by giving us that, and this, instead of the game we are all dying for.

@Ash Paulsen: If by 'special' you mean 'awful', I'm totally with you...

@Sakilla: Have to disagree. Harmony of Despair is a cash-in minded GBA asset dump with mediocre multiplayer and bad music... at least, that's what the demo showed the game to be to me. There's a reason they didn't show much of the game leading up to it's release. It only looks good for about 15 seconds at a time.

@zåɳzißarlegeпȡ: Do you forget that the best entry in the entire series came out on the Playstation? It just happened to be in 2D... remember it's name?

Why will Lords of Shadow be the 3D Castlevania game that works?

@interkin3tic: Except that this guy didn't work on any of those 3D castlevania games- he's just Konami's mouthpiece for the brand and is speaking in a very entitled-sounding tone.

While the game received relatively strong reviews, sales were lackluster.

@JulyFish: That it was imaginative, different, told a great story, mixed a ton of different gameplay styles well, and wasn't you're typical 'focus tested into homogeny' IP. It was even a well written and well acted script for once!

YAY!

@Mike467: Except that APB is in no way an actual mmo. It's customizable, multiplayer GTA with a subscription fee.

@RomeoDude: Except that Realtime Worlds had no interest in making Crackdown 2, even when Microsoft expressed publishing interest.

@Prosthetics: Don't you think maybe the pricing model was a result of them realizing the game had absolutely no legs whatsoever and that most mmo players will only pay a subscription fee for, you know, an actual mmo?
