@snl25: Not saying they were bad, but they both we're unsupported by both their manufacturer and the software publishers... primarily because they we're overpriced add-ons with almost no software to support the platform's growth. That's where the comparison comes in.

Alright Microsoft, we get it already! You are only interested in people who don't already own 360's with this whole Kinect thing...

@VincentVendetta: I referenced the 32X before I saw this pic. Thanks for making me feel less old.

Boy, the Kinect-flavored Kool-Aid tastes expensive. Or maybe just overpriced...

@stranger: The least Microsoft could do is add in the cost of replacing the six 360's that died on me before my current console, and the two hard drive replacements, the HDMI cable...

Oh, the hubris!

I got to meet Darrow here in Chicago when he was presenting some of his work at DePaul... as nice as he is talented.

@IvanDashSmith: Perhaps, but for certain disciplines, it makes sense to have contract labor.

@godot: Not true. I have a ton of friends in LA working in features, and they are union, and they live gig to gig. It's not like it used to be in the studio era- you are contracted from project to project, unless you are in a higher level position like a department head, but even then it happens.

@YoufofDaN8Shin: I see where you're coming from, and largely agree with your statement, but as somebody who is trying to get into the games industry from the outside- I feel that there are far worse things one can do for a living than spend 10-12 hours a day for long stretches of time working on a AAA game, even if

Dimitri? Like... Project Dimitri? Or whatever lionhead was coding that unannounced project?

@bakagaijin: completely agree. The one with Rockstar for RDR felt like they were just reading from a PR fact sheet over and over again. That was the last one I bothered listening to, so I hope they change up the format a bit going forward.

My only suggestion- and one I have made over and over again in multiple comment threads:

@Gameslaya: I feel sorry for you in you think what you watch on that network is legitimate news.

Or maybe:
