It seems like you almost got a little punchy.

Phones were a low margin market before Apple entered.  Tesla does not have to compete on price, but with a $25K car they would be.

These are the numbers the Roadster was supposed to get, so what is the point of that car anymore?

There might not be a reason to generate on site in the USA. Nikola estimates the cost at 14 million, but it is hard to trust anything they say. The USA has a few states like CA, NM, LV, and AZ that generate solar energy faster than it can get distributed. Generating hydrogen would be a great use of that excess

There is not reason to not add gears to EVs. Porsche Added an extra gear for that reason.

I think the I-Pace and E-Pace are different cars.  This is an electrified Fiesta.

Is there a plug-in version? I do not think those tax credits for regular hybrids, but I do recall some tax credits for hybrid vehicles over a certain weight.

That makes sense.  “Minimum” could represent different values in each mode.

Load is the only thing it will not be better at since it has to carry its own extra weight

Implied consent might justify a license suspension, but a DUI infraction can end up with jail time.

I am not defending this in practice, but in theory the law exists to stop drunk drivers who lose their licenses and still drive.  It seems unnecessary since they automatically impound the car of a driver with a suspended or revoked license.

There was a street gang in Detroit that used to use underaged people and transport drugs by taxi cabs for this very reason.

I have never been comfortable with refusal submit being taken as an admission of guilt It seems that a warrant to force someone to take a breathalyzer and holding them in contempt if they refuse would make more sense.

I found crackheads to be very reliable workers as long as I never paid anything in advance.

That is not what bipartisan support means.  It only means that the bill is sponsored by members of both parties.   It does not mean the majority of the members of both parties support it.

Vehicles like this usually sell for industrial use with very limited use on private streets.  I do not think they are allowed on highways.

Dealers do not void warranties. They make too much money from warranty repairs. The party controlling the warrant that pays for the repairs will do anything to not pay the repair or void the warranty. Dealers will not cross them because they also make a lot of money selling warranties.

Do not forget that Tesla started out the same way. They worked with Lotus to build the expensive and low volume Roadster.

Hellcat

No it does not. It is not the average of each perspective customer. It is the average of every perspective customer.  Those that are higher than average will not buy it which is fine for the ones that do.  There are shuttle vans that do the same exact route every day at fixed intervals.  Their average will not vary.
