Thank you for that, I was able to back into the article. With that said, let’s put the full quote. “I would think by the time we get to the end of 2021 — maybe even the middle of 2021.”

Wait. Hang on.

Yup. This.

I’d say police unions are the main problem. I do want to make it clear though, unions aren’t individuals. That said, you’d be hard pressed to find an author on the GMG sites that is anti-union for 99% of professions (think manufacturing). Police and police unions though? Burn them to the ground! Seriously though, Poli

Yeah... I genuinely believe (and know) that most police officers are “good” individuals. You’re on point regarding “closing ranks”, but I believe you’re misunderstanding how the system actually works.

My only takeaway from this entire article is that in 2020, it’s clear that Marco Andretti needs to GTFO. He’s a waste of space at his dad’s team and there’s really zero justification to keep him around (other than the sponsors attracted by his last name).

At minimum this comment merits a: “What the actual fuck?” response.

Did I miss something here? Is Haas not considered “family owned”? While the team is technically nothing more than a rolling billboard for Haas Automation, it’s still Gene Haas’ team.

So we had a first gen FX35 (forget the year), a 2006 G35 Coupe 6MT (Uprev), 2010 G37, and a 2014 Q60 in the family, so it’s safe to say I’m fairly familiar with the VQ line of engines.

Wanna know why you can’t lease a 5.0 Mustang through Ford? Because the bank doesn’t want to own a cheap second-hand performance car that’s been beat to absolute shit.

It sucks that people spend 60k+ with some of the world’s oldest automakers and you’re expected to modify the car to use it as intended. At the same time, it’s a miracle that Ford made the Voodoo motor to begin with.

Fair. That 10x figure was more for scale/comparison rather than anything else. Yes, UBER rich people can afford $600,000 cars, but I’d assume that 99% of them (Yes, even the billionaires) require/need to find some (even a modicum) form of “value” to justify the expense. Look at Singer for example: Yes, their cars are

I’m just so confused here. Yes, there’s a lot of bespoke/custom work that went into this, but is it worth 10X the base car? At $150,000 (Plus donor car) I can see a case, but this is almost 2x the cost of a new DBS Superleggera and that car doesn’t have Ford/Volvo parts bin switches and is arguably better looking

Optional on the 90

Right? If you want an appliance, then buy a Toyota. If you want to make memories, buy a Land Rover.

Lift rods or did you do it with a GAP tool? I’ve run a permanent rod lift on my trucks before, but unfortunately I find that a GAP tool is the only way to properly lift an air sprung LR because the trucks like to manually override the operator and lift themselves into “off road” height when they sense difficult

It’s not entirely their fault. JLR prioritized “Launch Edition” builds which were the P400 Silver spec cars. Shit, most couldn’t even be ordered with the rear locker. The 10k MSRP premium is because they’re actually selling for that. If you’re actually serious about one, I have a contact at JLR Main Line in PA and

Lucky8 has already implemented a C Pillar square delete kit. Curious to see what they can do with the ND.

Meh. I’ve personally owned 5 Land Rovers and probably 20+ between my immediate family and paternal grandparents. The D5 is a controversial looking thing and I’ll admit that while it is fairly unattractive, it’s a spectacular piece of engineering; far more capable than even the LR3/LR4 that directly preceded it. When

Perhaps I’m just butthurt/sore, but someone such as yourself is surely aware that Expedition Portal just shut down a 200+ page thread on their forum called the “New Defender Rage/Hate Thread”. Never in my 28 years on Earth have I seen a community pre-judge a vehicle to such an extent except for maybe the Porsche 996
