Yup... Korva Coleman and Jack Speer are a part of my morning routine thanks to Spotify.

Not really. Trophy trucks have 800 horsepower and are constantly sending abrupt jolts/shocks through the drivetrain. I’m not certain a manual transmission/clutch could withstand such abuse; heck, we just got the first 4wd TT last year. I’ve seen photos of the T-Case and it’s damn BEEFY.

The Hybrid Ghibli really is a strange proposition. I just put my mother into a Ghibli S Granlusso 3 weeks ago after her F-Type lease ended. For us, the Ghibli made sense because she wanted something different from the boring/logical BMW 540/M550i sedan choice while also improving on practicality from the F-Type. So, a

A manual off road is the inferior choice. However, there’s no denying that they’re infinitely more cool. Also, low range with a crawler gear should make it relatively easy. Hope that helps.

I’d rather see more programs, more benefit from schools, better community functions (tearing down old buildings, better streets, removal of lazy landlords), and programs that are work study that guarantees career jobs in the trades.”

It’s not “talking down” if the intent is to actually provide some background to those who are uninformed as to the mechanics of a sprint car. I used a neutral tone and didn’t use insulting terminology. Just because you understand how a Sprint Car works doesn’t mean everyone else did.

Sorry, I feel like I need to clarify my statement. In South Florida, there aren’t really many trails. In fact, most of the off roading here is done in Homestead near Card Sound Road (which is about 45-1 hr away from downtown Miami). A SXS could never be a substitute for a daily driver, especially with the torrential

Ford Performance currently sells a tune for the 2.3 Ranger that bumps power to around 325 and 355 lbs of torque. That should be more than adequate.

All you needed was a name and credit card. I know someone who reserved two different versions because they weren’t sure which one they’d want (or if they could change the trim later on), so they just bought two. I imagine many people did the same with the first edition

They’re designed to hold 150 lbs of equipment; go nuts with your imagination. The Ford Performance “Catalogue Demo” with all their aftermarket parts uses them as tie downs for the metal cables (Limb Risers). If you don’t know, the purpose of a limb riser is to lift branches up and over the vehicle to avoid damaging

Florida Man here...You’re wrong about that. You can put a tag on SXS depending on your state. Now, why you would do that is a completely different question.

It’s much easier to find a proper 16" mud tire than a 17", but YMMV. I recall during my D2 days that options for 16" were much more common.

I would say it’s probably closer to $5,000 considering FX4 package F150's don’t come with beadlock wheels. Furthermore, a 35" tire is really, really, really expensive. I recently went to price out a 35/13/18 for my LR3 and I nearly fainted when I saw the prices.

I wouldn’t fret too much. If you’re willing to “Pony Up” for premium fuel, then there’s a CARB-legal Ford Performance tune that will maintain your warranty while bumping power to 320hp and 355 lb/ft of torque.

That’s awful. Thank you for the reply and additional details.

You’re aware we’ve had that for nearly 4/5 years now, correct? It’s called the Discovery Sport.

It’s a very nice motor that performs adequately. Unsurprisingly, you need to rev it to get power out of it, unlike the 2.0 turbo torque monster which frankly makes a JL feel “fast”. That said, the Pentastar makes a great noise, and it does so reliably on 87 octane. I’ll take that any day of the week over a
