Time restricted eating (12pm-7pm) in combination with my ketogenic diet has been great. Sure at first it was easy. Guess what though, eating right is not easy. Losing weight is not easy. Sticking to an exercise routine is hard. That’s not a reason to not do something good for you. Also, don’t look at studies of of

In 1894, the first example of wirelessly controlling at a distance was during a demonstration by the British physicist Oliver Lodge, in which he made use of a Branly’s coherer to make a mirror galvanometer move a beam of light when an electromagnetic wave was artificially generated. This was further refined by radio

Thank you

I stop eating at 8PM and don’t have anything except coffee until lunch. I am 99% sure that I’m not losing weight because I’m “kickstarting my metabolism”. I’m just eating less. No lunch or snacking in the morning before I have lunch.

This is important. Losing weight, by definition, is not a sustainable lifestyle. Hopefully people can understand that when they restrict calories they are making difficult but important changes that are TEMPORARY and will lead to a better quality of life.

The best diets aren’t diets at all; they’re changes to your lifestyle that are manageable and maintainable. It’s hard to describe a more difficult diet to maintain than “don’t eat.” Many people dropped out of Longo’s study because they were unable to stick with the fasting demand, even for science.”

My father worked for a large corporation for many years. I recall when they bought a smaller company that was similar but not a direct competitor. When I asked him why, he explained that companies that large hire consultants to boost their stock price and mergers and aquisitions is a great way to do it. My dad said he

Nope. Our neighbor was just a bitch. We were the resident managers of the apartment complex and it was her way of getting back at us for not giving her rent extensions (not our choice - the corporate office handled that.) It got so bad that the police helped us file a restraining order.

The cops?! Ugh, I’m sorry.

Yeah, I’m with this. Killmonger was wrong for all the right reasons. His liberation motivations for me were overshadowed by his thirst for power. Yes, he wanted to square the world’s wrongs...with himself as emperor. That’s not justice, that’s supremacy. And I don’t trust his arbitrary criteria for global equity,

I don’t have anything to add, I just wanted to say that I wholeheartedly agree and thank you for bringing that up.

Loved the article, one thing I feel like we should talk about is how violent Killmonger was specifically towards black women. He was a revolutionary, true, but also a wanton Mysoginist. He killed his GF in cold blood, he choked out an elder, slit the throat of a Dora Milijae and his biggest diss to T’Challah was, i’m

Ummm, why is everyone feeding the trolls? That’s bad business.

So, this trick would never work on the dish in the picture used to lure people into reading the trick. Seriously, Kevin.

Indeed - this is a really good question. My gut says it's a display cabinet trick, but I could be wrong.

And this question right here, I think, is the most important question that should be answered for this 'hack'.
