Seriously, I have both Netflix and Prime. They are super different- prime music makes up for the lack of show variety.

I was using comedy in the classical sense, but even so, it was decidedly not an action flick.

Actually, I think what made is stand out was its lower quality. Bella was so inhumanly blank that it appealed to a wider audience than the standard urban fantasy action-romance, despite those books containing much less unhealthy and pedo-y relationships. Another part of the appeal was that rather than act like a 100

At the time, "superhero" was treated more like comedy than action. I mean, even the original Superman was practically a romcom! Burton's Batman was revolutionary for bringing superhero's firmly into the action genre, if nothing else.

*super hero movie

They're trashy gothic romances- there are many many better written books in that genre, so I'd say its somewhat forgone that they will be remembered as silly. Maybe fond silly, maybe embarrassed silly, but still silly. Gone with the Vampire this is not.

When compared to its contemporaries? Hell yeah.

I read the link, comprehended it, and I maintain that that is not an argument against developing a "cure", or rather, developing the ability to choose. One does not fight coercion by removing choice, one fights it by fighting for choice.

Gah, you continue to miss the point: The ability to cure something is not to be stymied because not everyone wants to use that cure.

I personally have no problem with the idea of cosmetic alterations, and therefor find the idea that forbidding someone from making any modification abhorrent so long as said modification doesn't cause actual harm (such as modifying someone to be so busty that they have back problems, or so muscular that they have

I have no problem with you objecting to the attitude, but you mustn't use it as an argument against genetically modifying babies in general.

The fallacy of your argument lies in how you justify your protest- you feel that you must condemn people's right to decide to not have children with a certain trait, specifically a trait you have, because you feel that by doing that you can somehow force them to accept people with your trait.

So... this lion does not like paparazzi then. Maybe he thought it was pizzarazzi!

Ooooooooooo Preeeetty

Seriously. Damn Comufascists!

eugenics

Spiders are great! They even help decorate your house!

There are no new arguments, just old ones we didn't even realize we were having.

Gah! Stop giving me reasons to hate the US government, US government.
