Nnng, change that to Japanese green. I dunno why, but I never really liked Chinese greens. Chinese oolongs (especially the lightly oxidized "green" types), on the other hand...

I actually intentionally choose teas (read: all the high quality loose leaf teas) that taste good hot or cold, then I make a pot in the morning, drink a cup or two hot, and then drink the rest cold in the afternoon.

The only way to brew iced tea, in my opinion (unless you don't have time :-( )

Nonononono! Tetsuban pots (actually, all pots) are for brewing the tea and should never be put over high heat (a tea candle or warming plate to keep them warm is all they should ever have), kettles are for heating water (electric kettles use a metal coil to heat the water, and stove kettles you just heat the outside

Am I the only one who never thought they were just for kids? I only realized people thought that as an adult, already knowing they were for everyone.

Naw, I prefer my ludicrous tea to be summer Yunnan harvested by fairy princesses and roasted by dragon fire.

There are a number of online tea companies that distribute loose leaf where they not only identify the region but also the year and season, so you can make it yourself :-)

Black tea I'll go to just before boiling (195-212) and brew for 2-3(favoring

So... cool...

I'm kind of sad that I never heard of this before! I live near Boston, and I feel kind of robbed that this cool story is so untold. 600 people rescued! That's incredible!

More like, "as long as there is media and art, there will be people taking the mentality "the public can't be trusted to decide what their supposed to like""

I'm scared enough of needles to NEVER WANT THIS IN MY BODY AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

But you're forgetting his magical herbs!

Wow, you're an ass.

Making this century one of the most well documented centuries ever. How is that a bad thing?

I think that memories from just about anyone who has ever lived would be valuable, even the memories of what might be considered a "boring, normal day" would be of value to someone in the future precisely because, right now, no one would ever care to record it.

That sucks, bad bosses are the worst ever.
