80's F150s with the 300 I6 laugh at Honda’s only making 300k.

Hmm, I seem to recall SBCs making 3-400k without fault, what were you doing wrong?

I do.

My 94 is the 2-toned one. The 95 is a Sport Wagon. The other car used to be mine, sold it to a friend. My 94 has 187k on the original 3.0/3-spd driveline. The 95 has 199k on the original 3.3L with a newer trans about 400mi ago. The car had 240k on the body, built 3.0, A543/568 hybrid manual installed at 215k, was

Being the average owner has no idea how to change a tire, this doesn’t surprise me at all.

I have a pair of mint 90s Voyagers approaching 200k.

I’m not glad for expensive, over-complicated repairs, and parts that wear out before 100k.

I’ve had the opposite experience.

Who are these people?

Here in Wisconsin, I regularly see late 80s to early 2000 vehicles around.

187k. 199,800. 138k.

You got another 7 yrs to catch up with our Chrysler vans. Come back then.

Thank you for knowing proper Chrysler trans maintenance.

Only if the owner doesn’t maintain it, or their shop doesn’t use proper parts.

I have 2.

My parents always had “cool” cars while I was growing up, my uncles did as well. I go to car shows and walk right by the usual “cool” stuff, it doesn’t do anything for me. I like seeing W-I-Ps and oddball stuff.

Assumed the commentor was one who didn’t know there was a difference.

Sorry, assumed you were one who didn’t know there was a difference.

My parents made me a gearhead (well my uncle’s helped), they can’t figure out where my minivan fetish comes from though.

Counterpoint: if people had been taught how to properly drift early, they wouldn’t be taking out crowds now.
