I had to do a double take when I read "micro meteoroid shield" as "micro METROID shield".

This is great! It's BCO for retail! More please!

I remember my first experience was using Prodigy as a portal in the late 80s or early 90s. I remember I was very young and still had to navigate my dads PC using the command prompt so I could play commander keen.

That's a good one! Another coworker was once dealing with a rude customer decked out in a loud, obnoxious Hawaiian shirt. The customer was complaining and my coworker replied "I'm sorry sir, I couldn't hear you over your shirt." I about died.

"Excuse me" is perfectly acceptable. Eye contact and an expectant look also works. Just don't whistle, snap, grab your server, anything else you wouldn't do to other total strangers.

Oh, the finger snapping. Back in my bar tending days we would get one of those pricks every once in a while. I would always look them in the eye, explain to them that I wasn't their fucking dog, and serve everyone else around or behind them. Do not, under any circumstances, snap or whistle at the staff.

I used to bartend with a guy who just did not give a fuck. A customer ran up a rather large tab buying drinks for all his buddies, got good service, and then proceeded to leave a quarter on the bar as tip. My coworker grabs the coin, loudly says "excuse me sir, you forgot something!", and then whips the quarter at the

Same here. I've had some good experiences with Origin, especially when they teamed up with the Humble Bundle people. But the browser based bullshit front end has completely turned me off on Battlefield. I played a little bit of BF3 (which I payed for) and just couldn't get past the annoying web bullshit.

ugh, no thanks. I prefer no soda at all to diet soda.

Well said.

I would say that having priests or pastors, no matter the sect, molesting children is a far bigger problem. At least the Presbyterians had the decency to take some responsibility for the matter.

"Death isn't cruel.....he's just terribly, terribly good at his job."

Try using YouMail. It's free, has tons of awesome greetings, and works on Android and iPhone. I've used it on Android on TMo and Verizon, and on iPhone on Verizon and AT&T.

But what about Lake Placid?!

So true. I nearly left the theater after prison scene.

My DolphinBar came in the mail recently so I'm currently playing Skyward Sword, in glorious HD, for the first time. I'll be revisiti Metroid Prime soon as well. Occasionally I'll go back to Inquisition for my second play through, and just waiting for GTAV on PC.

I'm a straight guy and you sound like you could be my soulmate.

Aw, I bet you cost that bastard his gold plated shark tank bar.

Thanks. I haven't had time to mess with HyperSpin yet but I'm going to try to get to it this weekend. Any tips for settting it up? Can it launch more than just emulators?

Can anyone recommend a nice, living room friendly front end or launcher for managing several apps without resorting to the desktop? Let me explain my situation:
