Am I the only one who didn’t find this show to be funny? I actually like Mindy Kaling — her book is hilarious, and better than Tina Fey’s in my opinion — but The Mindy Project just didn’t work, and I can’t quite put my finger on why. I’d rather this show just go away so she can hopefully go create something better.

Wait, are you serious? You realize that happens much too often, right? Hell, just last year in Europe a man literally killed his wife because she changed the channel while his favorite soccer team was playing. There are men in this world who will find any excuse to hurt women, and one of the problems in dealing with

My favorite part about this: if he keeps his balance, he has a wide open layup and suddenly it’s a two point game with 37 seconds left. But he fell, because of course he did.

I love that the teams with arguably the least success — Cardinals, Browns, Jaguars, Bills — are the teams that have potentially cheated the least.

If you watched that Tom Brady press conference and didn’t think he cheated, you’re either a Patriots fan or you just weren’t paying attention. When someone asked him if he was a cheater, there was a long pause before he finally said “...I don’t think so.” If you didn’t cheat, and someone asks you if you cheated, you

That’s what made this so weird. People who don’t know his politics/beliefs don’t realize he’s not joking. This is a guy who literally thinks feminism is evil and colleges are designed to brainwash kids into becoming liberals.

There are people, like Mike Tyson and Metta World Peace, who have serious issues due to almost unimaginably awful childhoods but acknowledge those issues and work incredibly hard to get better. They slip up sometimes, but we give them a pass because we know they’re trying. And then there are people like Floyd

To be fair, I think the main reason Dre gets a pass is because a lot of people just don’t know what he did. It got very little attention, even among people who paid a lot of attention to hip hop at the time. Everything Tyson did, including his rape trial, was international news.

I don’t mind saying that I am very jealous of Brandon and Amanda McCarthy’s relationship. They’re like a 2015 version of Nick and Nora Charles, if you replaced alcoholism and detective work with baseball and Twitter.

Multiple school districts in Kansas are closing early this year because, after his insane education cuts, they literally don’t have enough money to stay open. In a country where Scott Walker is running a state, Brownback still somehow manages to be the worst governor in America.

I do think there’s some truth to the height issue. Isiah Thomas is the only player ever to win a title at that height while being the best player on his team, and Isiah was a) Fucking brilliant, and b) Surrounded by better players than Paul.

If you hate Chris Paul because he constantly complains on the court, that is completely understandable. He makes it really fucking hard to like him sometimes. But I will never, ever understand people who say Paul chokes in the playoffs. That narrative doesn’t make sense on any level, and it never did.

I never thought Beadle was very good at her job (after First Take, SportsNation is the worst show on ESPN), but everything she’s said and done regarding Stephen A. Smith and Mayweather has been on point and courageous as hell. On top of that, she has to deal with the worst kinds of shitty men on the internet, and she

The Borg are significantly more organized and disciplined than any law enforcement agency in the United States. Don’t you dare insult the Borg like this.

“Rivera turned his back on him, and at first I thought it was arrogance, but I think it was actually shame.”

Heath Ledger’s performance as the Joker was so brilliant that it distracted people from the fact that The Dark Knight made absolutely no sense.

It’s also a bad comic, so you could argue the movie never really had a chance. But yeah, that movie is fucking terrible.

Yeah, that part got to me just as much as seeing his hand written notes. And the worst part is that, despite the fact that he clearly has no respect for his dad, he still has to spend time with him. Imagine seeing your father do that to your mom, and still having to at least semi-regularly spend time with him because

I’m not a 49ers fan, but my ex-roommate is so I found myself paying a lot of attention to them for years. I felt so bad for Smith. When he finally got a good coach and consistent offensive coordinator, he played incredibly well... until he got hurt and lost his job. He was a fumbled punt away from the Super Bowl (And

Not only did he play behind some awful offensive lines, but I think he had five different offensive coordinators in his first five years, didn’t he? That poor bastard never had a chance.
