The winter 2019 anime season is in full swing, and the writers at AniTAY have come together once again to pool our collective anime knowledge into a list of recommendations. This winter is host to quite a few excellent series, but after numerous discussions we managed to trim the list down to our favorites. Not sure…
Dil: Glad you’re back, bro! I know things went kinda crazy for you for a while there, but remember that I’m always here for you, even I’m sometimes not the greatest at knowing the right thing to say. I know that people can be fucking terrible at times - hell, sometimes I can be pretty terrible myself. I am fully aware…
Ok... Let´s start.
ProtonStorm: Youa re a good admin, and one can see that you are doing an honest effort to make the things better around here.
It’s been something of an odd duck of a year, and it seems like each year is stranger than the previous. That being said, I’m glad everyone’s been around, even if I’m not great at expressing that very often.
jonuiuc: It does my heart good having another Old Man around to help me yell at the millennials and their easy to stream anime and their avocado toast. I appreciate you. GET OFF OUR LAWNS
So first and foremost, I know that this past year has been difficult on multiple fronts for everyone. In particular I know when I left AniTAY for reasons I will never apologize for, it rubbed people the wrong way that I not only took a stance but that I came back. I don’t hold it against those people if they don’t…
Thanks Stinolez. I’m glad that you were finally able to join an episode of the podcast, you brought up several really good points (like how that one show is a sequel to Haken’s fave) so your input was much appreciated.
I’m pleased to announce that frequent author Protonstorm has ascended to adminship, joining the existing team of Morie and I. Please give him a warm welcome and continue your regularly scheduled anime.
It’s 2019 now folks and with the new year comes some hot new anime! I’ve been trying desperately to catch the first episode of every new anime this season, but I’ve been failing to do that so far…
Hello AniTAY! I have returned from my sabbatical without wi-fi and am being pressured from all sides to continue revealing the continuation of the Favorite Anime list. So here we go with Part Two, and #24-11 on AniTAY’s compilation!
Hello AniTAY! 2018 has come to a close, and just like everyone around the internet, it’s time to review the year that was. Now that the holidays are over, let’s look at what were our little community’s favorite anime that aired last year.
This has been a really cool series to read and I am overjoyed you got to have such a wonderful experience. Thank you for sharing this
I honestly like goblin slayer more than most people I think, would have given it a 7 though, a low 7. Still enough to drop to average. Cut through the outrage culture around it and was it special? No.
Great photos, really excited to hear you got to do this
I have a bit of a habit of checking out shows that are so clearly bad that I question why I bother booting up the first episode. I do this because I am morbidly curious if the show is as bad it appears. Unfortunately, Ulyssyes: Jeanne D’Arc and The Alchemist Knight is as bad as it looks.
Winter is upon us and the holiday season comes with it! So it´s time to get cozy, drink hot cocoa, eat delicious and unhealthy food that will make you gain all the weight you lost over the year, and while we wait for Santa Claus and the new year, it´s the moment to see the new seasons of our favorite series!
Just wanted to reply and say thanks for the recommendation. I started Boarding School Juliet before Iroduku, but I just binged the 10 episodes of Iroduku these past 2 days after work and it is probably my favorite this season. Can’t wait to see how it ends. Thanks again!
I am currently looking for more writers for our AniTAY collaborations and podcast! Do you want to talk/write about anime in a blogging community? This might be your perfect chance!
