Hopefully Jeep put heaters in the lights. One thing you or I don’t have to worry about that the LED guys Do is ice and snow. The lights never get hot enough to melt off ice and snow that accumulates on them while driving. So now some of the companies started putting heaters in them.

No secret here. JK headlamps are horrible. I had to use my fog lights just so I could see 30 feet in the dark back roads. I swapped mine for a set of Hella H4s long ago. It’s about time they step up the aftermarket has had solutions for a long time.

My jeep is a manual. I can come down stupid steep roads and trails in 4Lo without ever touching the brake pedal. I think the more gimmicks and “drivers aid” we put in vehicles, the more disconnected and inattentive drivers become.

This is at the base of the Grapevine on I-5 headed North towards Bakersfield. This is a long, steep hill. Been driving that route for decades and at night you can see the trucks brakes glowing red and there’s always a stench of burning brakes in the air.

I have an M6 if I beat it like a hooker that owes a pimp money, it will get 11mpg. If I cruise doing 80 it does about 27mpg...... but all around and in traffic, city streets, 16-17.

No way would I get 25mpg how I would drive it........

Limited by cooling system and transmission, wheel base helps too.
