Range is less of an issue than recharging speed and infrastructure (for longer trips). I can charge, overnight, at home, and that would work fine, 330-340 days a year. It’s those 15-25 other days that create the huge psychological hurdle, where I’m trying to go 200+ miles in one day.

Panel gaps are all wonky too. The rear bumper is hanging low

The first photo shows an obvious paint match problem between the fender and door. How do people not notice this? Silver cars with this issue are the easiest to spot.

“Even though Tesla’s robotaxi event was gorgeous...”

I love it when companies remember that things can sometimes be fun.

The EV market isn’t cratering. It just isn’t growing as fast as predicted. U.S. EV market share reached a new high of 8.9% in Q3 2024

Mr. Taylor,

At first glance I thought it was a Kia Forte. To be fair, the Forte sedan looks nice.

Came here for say this. Kia Forte? What happened at BMW?

Looks like a Kia.

MAGA cultists regularly collapse from heat stroke at his rallies and have to be carted off by EMTs. If Trumpster even acknowledges it, it’s to make a joke at their expense. He doesn’t give a shit what happens to them once he’s had a few hours of their adoration that day.

Lived in MD for over a decade, so I know Sheetz and Wawa well. I liked them both but for different reasons, really. Perhaps it was simply the ones I went to that always seemed on point.

The only way this ends without a nation or even world ending catastrophe is with Trump dying in prison along with his accomplices.

“Regardless, the Trump campaign has been putting on events for over eight years at this point. You’d think they’d have this figured out by now.”

Musk is just not a creative person. He names his robot “Optimus”, he designed a truck that looks like something out of Timecop “that looks like something Blade Runner would drive”. Of course he steals his entire aesthetic from existing sci-fi. He has no respect for creativity and has none of his own.

I’m so tired of this. Helmets are safer. Loud pipes don’t save lives they just annoy the shit out of everyone else.

Technically, I’m not required to wear one, but I’ve heard some stuff hit my helmet hard - rocks, beetles, horse flys, random things I never saw... They hit HARD. I can’t imagine taking that crap directly to the face or noggin, much less taking a header into asphalt. Sure, I’ve been know to go without while putting

Rivian is 54" with tailgate closed, Gladiator is 60" with tailgate closed. Cybertruck actually has a 72" bed, but only at the floor. The back wall of the “cab” is overhung, so at the top of the bed the length is only 66".
The Cybertruck bed is also relatively narrow at 51", same as the Rivian. That being said, the Gladi

Is the “pink” Cadillac in the room with us now?

Exactly. But he and his minions rely on the absolute ignorance of the Republican voter. If someone brings up the fact that U.S. auto companies would be forced to pay these outrageous tariffs or abandon BILLIONS of dollars worth of manufacturing infrastructure, he’ll just say “fake news!” and they’ll all salivate
