This is where “wet bulb temperature” becomes very important. I remember reading this year that during a recent heatwave, wet bulb temperature... somewhere... was over 95 degrees F which basically means that evaporation cannot cool your body below that temperature. This is considered fatal. 

Well for one the architecture needs to be better. Where is all the shade? Props for at least painting the walls white and tinting the windows, but come on, no awnings? 12 foot windows shaded by 2 foot pergolas? Adirondack chairs in the open with no umbrellas?
