I’m sorry people don’t like your Cybertruck.

You’re welcome! I’m an avid space geek, and as you might have guessed, I’m in the industry as well. FIA is quite a bit more obscure, since it’s an NRO program, so I can understand why it’s not well known. But it still amazes me how quickly the Delta IV pricing scandal faded from public consciousness, because while the

I can’t say what MBAs are learning, but I have to point out that it isn’t all executives who think like this. It is, however, a very large and notable subset that gained a lot of power in the 1990s as a particular style of management became fashionable in business. Google “Jack Welch” to understand where this is

Okay, then. ;-)

The Ars Technica piece is wrong. It’s an easy mistake to make, because it makes such intuitive sense: obviously, cost-plus would be super easy to make money with! But that isn’t actually how it works (you will absolutely lose your shirt on cost-plus if you’re thinking it’s magic money), and it’s miles and miles away

Kanye West uses new Cybertruck to drive Kristi Noem to puppy mill.

You can trust a Jalopnik writer not to crash a Camaro.”

“Stick to sports!” is always just “stop saying things I disagree with!”

He’s not “just a person”, he’s the guy that wants to end democracy in America and everyone knows it. That some people are ok with that doesn’t matter, he’s a fucking piece of shit, period.

The issue here is not even political. They welcomed an individual that is under indictment for a litany of crimes, has been found liable for rape and promulgated an insurrection, attempted a coup, attempts to undermine our basic democratic institutions, cronyism, tax evasion, fraud. He defames people, lies repeatedly,

When it is cozying up to power, it isn’t political.

If there was profit to be had in not losing bags, Capitalism would’ve solved that problem ages ago.

Considering these fellas prefaced their comments with "not to be sexist," I think they were well aware that they were about to say something that could be interpreted as sexist.

As others said, anything that starts with “not to be ____ but” should probably just not be said. I’ve been able to teach high school for going on 13 years now and I’ve never said anything that could be misinterpreted by anyone; it’s not that difficult. It should be common sense

It’s really not hard to do if you’re not massively stupid.

If the rotors are no longer being manufactured, that means they have to be custom fabricated. They are probably being made by some boutique shop in Germany. As you might imagine, this is not a simple process. Here’s how one UK racing shop describes it.

Cop did the right thing - I honestly don’t see anything wrong with what he did. There are pedestrians on the walkway who could have been seriously hurt or killed by the ATV. The ATV was going so fast that it didn’t even have enough time to stop for the cop car. If he was going around a blind corner and came up fast on

Yeah, how could an All Terrain Vehicle circumvent obstacles placed on a path?

A freaking sign ought to be enough to keep ATV’s out, but people are just assholes. If we start putting up bollards and fences and moats around everything we want to keep the stupid people out of, we’d run out of money and manpower in short order.

A lot of ATV and dirt bikers illegally ride on hiking/biking singletrack trails in my area. And I hope every single one of these bastards suffer the same fate, whether it’s caused by cops or not.
