It doesn’t matter what McTurtle does.  The House has a Constitutional duty to impeach a president who constantly breaks the law.  One branch of the government failing to do its job does not mean all the others have a free pass to do the same.

Thankfully, because they’re American citizens, they’ll get the money and attention they need to ... oh.
