you know, the thing that is giving me crippling depression about 2016 is not that conservatives voted for donald trump - i pretty much expected that. it’s all the personal sexism i experienced from ostensibly liberal men about hillary clinton, and now the victim-blaming that they are heaping on her after the fact.

I have bipolar illness as well. I know what you mean, but please let’s stop using the term he/she is bipolar. They have bipolar illness. You wouldn’t call someone with cancer, “he’s cancer.” He/she has cancer. I know this seems captious, but with all the stigma placed on mental illness, it’s possible to help others…

Exactly this. Kim Kardashian isn’t some horrifying psychopathic criminal. She’s a celebrity. If that makes you so mad you can’t feel pity when she goes through something traumatic, the problem in this scenario is not Kim’s privilege.

I don’t think anyone is suggesting the robbery was faked; they’re just suggesting that the criminals knew how to avoid the police cameras (and also how appalling it is that the hotel had no surveillance cameras).
