The thing I find so interesting about horror games is that as a genre they seem to do the best job at emotionally engaging the player, probably because fear is such a primal emotion. I look forward to getting the shit scared out of me.

You can really see how horror games have gotten action oriented recently, only to get picked up by the indies. If I wasn't playing ESO this weekend I'd probably be playing some of these, especially since I just picked up the Resident Evil 1 GCN remake. Nice to see D represented also.
