I really like OT2 and that marketing comment is spot-on. Triangle Strategy and Bravely Default 2 had much better marketing than OT2.

This is speculation but I belive even on the xbox side of things, devs have to build their own conversion tools to convert the saves for each version, since each game saves their data their own way, microsoft probably couldnt just figure out on their how to make it work for everything.
