Awww man, I'm jealous, I've never been anywhere with a yard. We just had to look out the window to see the sunshine and imagine the fresh air.

You're right. Sad, but true.
That's a great way to put it. There are just too many complications that can arise, even in low-risk pregnancies.
Just jump online and do some research/find videos of natural relaxation techniques. That way, you won't have to worry about the judgment. Just don't stress if when you're giving birth, you completely forget any relaxation technique you learn. You'll have someone there reminding you how to breathe, etc.
Hell yeah, they are. "Wild Kratts" is on PBS and I think episodes of "Be the Creature" that are on the air (though, I think those are reruns on the National Geographic channel). I know there are two shows of theirs on the air.
I'm lucky I had the support of my daughters' father (who I was with from 18-29. We've been broken up for 2 years broken up but still live together, if that makes sense). The man is a saint to have stayed with me through my addictions, my bullshit, suicide attempts, cutting, cheating, 9 hospitalizations, etc. If I…
Honestly, I don't think I've had it harder than anyone who has suffered from mental illness. Being mentally ill is hard enough no matter what stressors or past experiences there are. Mental illness is hell regardless of what happens.
I agree with the worst being 18-21 as far as being out of control, but it wasn't until 26 when I started with being suicidal (sure, I had moments prior, but nothing I acted on consciously. Subconsciously, however, is another story). If it weren't for me getting pregnant 2 months before my 21st birthday, I would have…
I'm so glad my "tween" loves PBS, Discovery Channel and the Science Channel (and whatever channels have anything to do with the Kratt Brothers). And, instead of wanting to be a movie star or singer, she wants to be a scientist who will find a cure for world hunger and make medications to help people with mental…
I wonder what it is that happens to the brain that causes that breaking point in the mid-late 20s. I know 18-25 was horrible with the self-medicating, but it wasn't until 26 where the the suicidal thoughts and being driven absolutely crazy were happening. I don't think there's any way to describe what was going on in…
Thank you. You are hearted as well.
"People and their ignorance regarding mental illness is SO maddening. If you don't want to educate yourself on it, then don't speak about it. Period."
I wonder how many times he misused the term "schizophrenic" so far. He made me want to throw things at the TV every time he'd say it last season...
I don't understand why they'd put someone with mental health problems in situations with such high stress. Even those who are medicated and treated properly can have difficulty with what they have to do in the competition. Don't they do psychological evaluations to make sure the contestants are mentally capable of…
As a recovering addict with mental health issues, I'm rooting for her. Yes, she's bent the rules, lied and feels entitled, but that comes with addiction and having people constantly enable.
Why not get some extensions in so you don't have to worry about stripping your hair? You can find clip-ins, micro-rings, sew-ins, etc. that can help achieve the look. Going from black to light enough for a color like that to show up is hell on the hair.
I did do some research on it, but wanted to know if any others had any experiences. When we got the phone call and paper, I tossed everything in the dryer and checked her. I'm so paranoid about bugs. I never found any bugs, but I am definitely interested in picking up some diatomaceous earth just in case. Anymore, you…
Thank you for sharing your experience. I noticed some bites, but after searching, I couldn't find anything, I was thinking of purchasing some just to play it safe.
My daughter's school was infested with them a few months ago.
I've been told the same thing, and I've tasted myself before and am naturally sweet (for an incredibly bitter person, go figure...). I also do the no underwear thing, and if I do wear them, it's cotton. I tried wearing other types, and noticed when I sweat there was a bit of an unpleasant smell, so cotton or commando…
