Why does pregnancy age you so much? I was reading it has something to do with the telomeres shortening during pregnancy and that accelerates the aging process, and its more prevalent in back-to-back pregnancies. There is a DNA/genetic component of it though (not just lack of sleep).

How much of science on TV is real? CSI? Bones? Breaking Bad? Any crime procedural?
