Prince Edward County in VA kept their public schools closed while the county and state handed money to private schools for whites from 1959 to 1964. It took a SCOTUS ruling smacking down the state funding of the private schools to get them to vote to re-open them.

IF the white parents are so offended by kids working their buts off and not getting what they deserve why aren’t they also offended by how our school systems are funded and how disadvantaged students who work their butts off are getting the shaft.
