Pumpkin soup is pretty good, I like it best with butternut squash added in.

I’m using Cook’s Illustrated recipes. I have three children and I cannot be fucking around with complicated things. I like that there is no waterbath to fool with and since they are not as thick, they bake faster. The cheesecake bar recipe is also a bit cheaper to make while still tasting like delicious cheesecake.…
