I donated $45 over the last couple weeks. It wasn’t easy and I did it in three different payments but it’s important to me and I know my money went to a campaign that I have and will continue to support. I voted for Bernie in Texas today, I wish he could have done better here.

Fair enough.

Yeah, I get that, but I still find the cynicism disheartening. I actually find it more depressing that most people aren’t on a payroll. LOL Bernie never had a chance! Establishment forever! I’m too cool to be hopeful about anything!

I’m still confused why people are so excited to see Bernie drop out, considering Hillz is a piss-poor GE candidate.

Fair enough. There’s nothing wrong with that if he represents your causes.

He’s got the cash to go all the way and I’m happy to make whatever donations I can to make that happen.

Yeah, as I said on a Gawker thread, it’s concerning that Hillary has mostly been winning states that the Dems will never, ever win in a GE. There have been a couple articles (one in the NYT, another in Rolling Stone) that discuss how Midwestern union member would rather vote Trump than Clinton. I find that worrying

Ain't that the truth!

I was just about to post this. When I looked just a day or two ago, 538 had the odds 50-50 for whether it would be Sanders or Clinton. This really isn’t unexpected at all. But then, I haven’t been clear on what narrative Gawker’s presenting throughout these primaries, so....

This really isn’t surprising if you’re a nerd who has been following polls for the last few weeks. Before someone comes in to say that OK is a White people state, OK is actually a bit more ethnically diverse than MA, where Sanders and Clinton are still neck-and-neck.

This really isn’t a surprise be cause Sanders appeal and can win over working class White voters than Trump can lure. The point about electability is about appealing to the most voters. PoC generally vote Democrats, but lots of WCW are leaving Democrats and becoming independents or Republicans. Sanders may win 4, or 5

... it’s really not unexpected. 538 had them projected within five percentage points of each other for a week.

Super surprised Bernie took us, but pleased nonetheless. I’m personally just happy I don’t live in a Trump state.

The establishment and the moneyed Wall Street types desperately want a Rubio candidacy. Even the Kochs are trying to stop Trump.

Cruz is really the worst of the worst. Sanctimonious, Machiavellian, hypocritical, McCarthyesque. A vicious little debate-club ninny. Probably the only human being on earth who could ever make me root for Trump in a primary.

EEh. So what. If there is a brokered convention (which will be the only way someone other than Trump gets the GOP nom), Cruz won’t be the beneficiary thanks to his unpopularity within the Senate. The establishment has already started coalescing around Rubio, he’ll be the one to shit in Trump’s chocolate ice cream if

There is a group of women in Europe who are now using drones to deliver abortion pills from the border of Germany with Poland (which doesn't have abortion).

I cannot wait to see how Elizabeth Warren responds to this. She is the queen of taking down bullshit. I have my own problems with Debbie and her DNC practices so I am ready to break out the popcorn and watch this all play out.

My husband is a dual Canadian/American citizen, and he said he’s for sure taking advantage of that if Trump wins. Fine by me!
