I am not beholding to what other fools squander their money on. I maintained my wife’s 2002 for over 25 years; engine rebuilds, front fender replacements, rockers, seat padding, guibos, complete repainting. Never was worth the cost and I moved on from " the good husband" and the wife. NO DICE

They should charge for the sauna. It’s a feature of many spas and resorts. Save on the travel time to overpriced destinations. No tipping. No silly oils and hot rock massages. Win!

I vote for the one big eye in the center; Leela from Futurama agrees.

HOA requiring the sale (disposal) of said vehicle?

Investment? Joke is on all the smart guys buying “exotics” and salting them away!!! Here’s your return MISTER SMART GUY. You’d have $248,000 from the S&P 500 inflation adjusted instead of this never driven door stop.

I looked for these on line for awhile. Just getting too old (me AND these cars). Now I’d take a big Lexus sedan (IS 500) or going electric; a Caddy Lyric. All mile eaters with better sound systems and a dollop of automation included if you want (I like the cruise following stuff).

Not true. Read about recalls from various manufacturers about not parking your ICE car in your garage until a recall is done.

This is where jail time should come in for corporate crime. Fines, rebates, empty promises to not do it again just get passed on to the next bunch of consumers or taken as tax deductions. There is no cost to the owners/CEOs, it’s just an opportunity to screw people over more covertly.

This is a nice price. You might want a different make/model/style but remember - is this a NP/ND for this car? The ad is correct on rarity (not solely a criteria); and if condition, maintenance and the road test agree - buy it.

Hmmm; German (MB or BMW) V-8 cruiser from the same era or this Infinity???

V60 Polestar mentioned???

And still with a manual transmission available! Com’on lottery!

I wish it were currently a “driver” but the work required seems reasonable. Nice Price. Perfect weekend car for the evening dinner (flummoxing the valets) or taking the grandkids for ice cream and a walk on the beach.

It’s in LA? You could rent this out to a small family to live in for $1800 a month!

Better be $40k worth of blow hidden behind the panels. And look at the body gaps; who did this - Tesla?

Ironically, the BMWs and Mercedes are made right here in America.

Owner’s stuck with Massachusetts waffeling on legal registration status of Kei cars. AND his price out of this world.

Bah! If it had been a “real” phone booth (with Superman still in it), the Volt would have been stopped quicker than a speeding bullet!

What’s the warranty? In writing, non-lawyer speak? Inspect, drive, wrangle the return rights. Heck of deal on the Lyrics - maybe.

Seemed pretty clear to me. Areas of land are zoned for residential, mixed business, industrial, agriculture, etc... A change in zoning for a parcel of land requires a vote (ballot measure). Some localities can change zoning via zoning commission. It varies.
