NP These are pretty rare (I know, doesn’t = ^$). The 4WD Haldex needs some attention in these. Definitely get a PPI from a “Volvo Guy”. Nice that he’s done the struts. Check the window winders and door latching bits too. These are a nice ride, nice seats, and that lump of iron up front will last with care.

Christ, Sydney is about the easiest city/area to get around without a car I’ve ever experienced. Cheap access card to buses, subways, trains, ferries. Virtually free on Sundays.

A slightly singed VIN plate coming to the Greek Copart nearest you.

A daily driver? - ha, no. Show car - not up to snuff, no. Vintage racer? auto transmission, no. Craigslist instead of Hemmings or Classic Cars, people would laugh and point, no.      No dice.

NC for you. Nice Comment. Honest, sincere, totally eyes open - walking into the mine field.   Star earned!

Family life forcing the sale? Why? It’s four door, child seats fit fine. Why?

Stockton, CA. Summer temperatures in the 100 deg. range. NO AC. Windows stuck up. You park, dig out the T-tops to keep the interior from melting (more). Time to leave; take off the T-tops and stow. Drive around with a battery powered hat fan and a mist sprayer. NOPE. But that’s just your opinion, man.

Perfect. The 100k miles doesn’t bother me. Nothing is stressed. Put a few extra lbs. of pressure in the tires (if your local roads allow), fill it up with regular (might ask for premium - ignore), and visit your elderly parents more often. Perfect for an early dinner out, no step stools required for entry/exit. The

Figure $75 k out the door in 2007, comes to $120 k now. Just about the MSRP and the performance/ride/comforts are up substantially.

Star for “sharknado’d”

Poster Child for getting a PPI; maybe two of them. You say a BMW window regulator doesn’t work? What’s this world coming to?

Maybe. If accurate, Toyota/Lexus will be able to recall by VIN or production dates. Nothing on that yet.

tldr, NP.

The electric motor part contributes torque. It produces it at essentially zero rpm so it’s readily available. I drive an electric now, Ioniq 5, and even though it’s a single motor, left in economical setting; off the line is a revelation - ooooodddddllllleeeessss of torque and acceleration.

Boring financial crap: MSRP invested in S&P 500.

There was another one of these on the site a couple of years (?) back with a higher launch and carry (smaller car). If I remember correctly, the driver came through that one okay as well. Car safety has come a long way - drivers have regressed.

I am NOT going to Idaho for this or any other car/truck. Do they even have airports in Idaho?

Honda doesn’t sell them here because the volume and profit per vehicle doesn’t work. Same as GM/Ford/OtherGuy don’t make or sell compacts anymore. The added cost of labor/materials for a larger vehicle is smaller than the profit gain on the mighty SUV/giant pickup. Ford makes dirt on each Maverick; big bucks on an

I agree with what you said. But. There is a guy(s) somewhere who will pay this so in his honor, I’m going nice price.

If you have $100k, it would be way better off in any number of investments;
