I went with NP though I’d rather have the truck in the background. The front suspension graces a great number of kit cars, rails, and hot rods. The paint was carried over into the door jambs (a good sign). Boo for no picture of the engine bay. A later 302 even without the mods will move this pretty good (needs to - no

One sold for $9,999.00 on Cars and Bids in Sept. 2021. Almost identical (passenger seat with nearly the same damage - weird). A lot less mileage - 72k. A Miata would give the same experience with less heartache. But, it’s an Alfa. You should own at least one. NP

I hope he doesn’t hear about the “secret”. Ingesting mass quantities of rooster jizz is the real ticket to youth. Don’t tell him, okay?

C6 or C7 Corvette. Hell a C8 if you have connections.

Not for me but it’s the right price for a corvette project. NP

Price is OK as long as you do some of your own work. Budget $1200 - 2000 per year. Everything from windows/locks/AC/brakes and the transmission is marginal for the output (hence the reduced torque). The Haldex/angle gear replacement crops up. And no cash - we’ll go to the credit union/bank and they will give you cash.

Tax credit eligibility? Cargo capacity with actual suitcases and carry-ons? Can a six footer sit behind another six footer and rear headroom?

Trying to meet women? Damsel in distress? Nah, too skivvy. (?)

ND. What’s with the “...unique silver metallic paint...”? Looks like every other gray/silver Mercedes I’ve ever seen. Original tires? Nice to include new ones but the originals should have been changed out a dozen years ago at least.

I won’t do fast food sausage at any store. I’ll take the bacon or the “not” Canadian “not” bacon option of pork loin.

I’m okay with it. Leave the subwoofer by the curb in the evening and it won’t last the night. Some more “fitting” wheels and tires can be swapped. I won’t buy it but there is a market for the look. It will sell for close to asking.

Still $5 dollar sushi at my Publix on Wednesday.

Nope, guys and gals are right out front in the Publix and HEBs I’ve frequented. Cut, sliced, diced, rolled right in front of you.

I agree, rust seems like a repair area; the underside for a NE car looks fine. Just too much money. $10k and I’d be in (I don’t pay BMW name tax). I’m cheap and don’t much care for comps. Because others are jumping off a price cliff, doesn’t make me want to follow.

Texas and Oklahoma landowners tried to block the southern portion of the Keystone XL pipeline. They got run over. If the political/ monied parties get behind the project, magic happens.

But very profitable.

Some other accusations/confessions/convictions.

I went with NP (minority report). There a someone out there who’s fancy will be tickled. I wouldn’t spend this money. It’s too nice. What do you do with it? Garage it? Only go to car shows, C&C, etc...? I suspect a buyer soon though, perhaps for a couple of grand less.

It’s not going to be a show winner for originality. I don’t mind the mods (okay, maybe the subwoofer). I’d never drive a classic/old/muscle car without some. I LIKE BRAKES. You can niggle about the trim, paint, wheels, etc... Does it appeal to you? Then it’s a good example at a bargaining price (<$13k).
