This is interesting, but that means that many characters from *many* sitcoms are autistic-coded. Ross from Friends or pretty much everybody on Seinfeld for example. Writers give these characters often very strange quirks to make the show funny. If you’re saying that yes, this has been done many times in the past but

“...and he even pulls Abby out of this as she nearly succumbs to it once more by killing Ellie’s girlfriend Dina in one of the climactic fights of the game’s lengthy, central Seattle section..”

You definitely earn your star!  I almost forgot about Galavant!  So good!  I liked Schmigadoon but it was no Galavant.

Yeah I watched it last night.  Some good moments.

It’s also because for some reason, they do not make it easy to stream.  Why still in 2024 do a need a cable or live TV add-on to watch an awards show when I’m already subscribed to a bunch of streaming services? And on top of that, they said it would be streamable next day on Hulu, but this appears to be a lie.  Still

PB was bested by a seeming controller malfunction unfortunately.  A third button to hold down both the red and blue pillars simultaneously didn’t work quite right.  I’m sure he’ll beat the record next time!

It’s also strange that it costs $50 on all platforms.  For a brand new game, I thought everything, especially for PS5 and Xbox start at $60.  Looking forward to it if the reviews are good.

Just got into this and binged it last week. It’s really good, and I had seen The Rehearsal so I understand Nathan Fielder’s comedy, but I’m having a really hard time understanding how Whitney and Asher would ever be together! It really seems like it’s more financial than love.  And Dougie is just the worst.  They

She has not had a great year. Between Leslie Jordan’s death, the cancelation of Call Me Kat, the strike, and now this, not great. I do feel bad for her.

Exactly what I came here to say.

Is that guy playing a PS Vita on the train?  Talk about product placement for Sony (for a long dead console)!

I was just complaining to my son (who of course loves the Mario movie and Jurassic World(s)) that I was sick of Chris Pratt being in basically everything, and less than 24 hours later, this happens!

I like how the Back to the Future III theme music is used in the old Korean fried chicken commercial. Just a completely weird hodgepodge of 1990 pop culture!

And how most people didn’t seem to react to Spider-man sitting there among them!

You don’t even get a copy of our home game!

Originally set to host a May 2022 episode late into season 48...”

I know nothing about how Broadway works, but isn’t opening night the beginning of a run that can last months or years? Why/how is Loretta and others already looking at other work? Aren’t they committed to a number of performances of this show?

Yeah, unfortunate title.  All I can think of when I hear it is the movie.

Any news on SNL or is the actors’ strike preventing that from coming back?
