Here's my beef with the beta: Despite having 32 players per team, the maps feel exceptionally empty, because people can't get to the action quickly. And since people die quicker, and are hidden 90% of the time, its basically a completely different game than BF2. A game I don't particularly care for.

I agree its amazing, but I don't think your experience is going to be a common one. Most of us aren't running 64 bit operating systems with 8 GB ram. I will be picking up a 580 though, its worth all 500 bucks.

I agree, and I think many will. But you can't begrudge a publisher from tooting its horn on a game this beautiful. COD has its install base, its fast paced multiplayer, and battlefield has something else for different fans.

You'd think we'd be used to DLC exclusivity by now. Is it a good thing? Not for the people who aren't planning on buying it for the PS3.

Yeah I wont be picking this up till they have private servers on the homebrew channel. If they can do it with Phantasy Star Online 1 + 2 on the Gamecube, then they can do it for DQX.

Amazon's had it listed for January 2012 since a few months ago, but I guess this means even further back. No biggie, just means there's more time to play Skyrim, BF3, and hopefully Diablo 3.

As much as I love this entrance, it seems big on show and presentation, but lacking in the costume creation portion. He painted his dog. He made a fantastic video about it. Its great but I hope it doesn't take away from people who spent countless hours making more difficult costumes.

Personally I've always viewed the Bad Company series as DICE's single player answer for Battlefield.

That'd be true if Pax wasn't also into table top gaming.. So its more of a multi-genre game show.

Holy shit this game is now perfect.

I like: Platformers, adventure, unrealistic sports, side scrolling, fighting, and classic games.

It became Gears of War 2.5 last game. This is just making it more like it.
