If you insert Galaxy Quest in between Insurrection and Nemesis the numbering holds up. It was certainly one of the best Star Trek films outside VI and Wrath of Khan.

And Picard becomes their bald Shakespearean freedom fighter, with no lasting punishment or complications after the credits roll.
