Wrong tool for the job. You want a cut off demo saw for the big cuts and then a band saw for fine work. And don't skimp on bags. Nothing worse than a bag leak.

No worries, your friend is able to disable the feature if he/she wants to cut things that have similar conductivity to human flesh. Should be good to go. :)

Plus, this is a crisis situation we're talking about. There's possibly already a physical altercations taking place, people are jumpy, nerves are high.. most people probably aren't going to have the composure necessary to effectively aim at such a small target as testicles.
