My very first joke was:

Maybe he has since realised that coming up with new material is hard?

The thing is that you can't trade off your history.

Would you like some dressing with your word salad?

Here's what's confusing, to me:

Wow, yeah, the Dorff-a-like-ness is pretty strong.

I now choose to believe that the strange repeating drunk is Mike.

Nadine's scene was kind of weird, purely because a super-humanly strong woman with an eyepatch marching towards you with a golden shovel in her hand will never not be weird. She says she's manipulated Ed, and at that point, I just thought "IT'S A TRAP". But I guess not.

I choose to believe that that's why he killed himself.

Totally slayed me.

PLOT TWIST: The last episode will just be "Weirdmageddon" slowed down to fit a two-hour runtime.

Resubmit with more heinously implausible cockney rhyming slang and you can have an Emmy.

"So, is your mom in a coma or what?"

Audrey in a coma (this is very serious) is possible. I'm also open to the possibility that she's just agoraphobic. But yes, Charlie never comes across like a real person; he ALWAYS comes across like the nagging voice inside the head of someone who is frustrated by their inability to do something apparently trivial.

I would be very surprised if Charlie exists outside Audrey's head.

"Underutilised" is today's euphemism for "not milked until its tits bleed", yes?

Holy shit, it's like Lexx all over again.

Stroik a loit.

No more surprised than I was that someone who looked about 17 was using it.

It was pretty fucking excruciating as well. Way too cockney.
