I doubt that would stop him from driving. Maybe prison might help.

Does the new Supra matter anymore? Z4 chassis with Z4 engine, it’s nothing but a re-skinned BMW Z4. I don’t think I have ever been this disappointed about a new sports car, let alone a new sports car called Supra.

Are you Lieutenant Dan?

You might go back to “A” job. But why on Earth would you go back to your OLD job? Go volunteer somewhere where your efforts make you feel valuable. Screw working for the man.

I’m a GM guy by birth and a Corvette fan through and through, but you’ll never hear me say a bad word about the Viper. It pains me to see it go away, and the utmost respect to anyone and everyone showing it out in anger. My hat’s off to you.

then show up at work like nothing happened.

As a person who has owned a Chrysler product built in 2000, 95, 88, 75, & 72 I can say that the quality has been consistent.

Depends on the car....it’s not an always or never situation. Used BMW M3 makes financial sense, a used Subaru Outback, maybe not so much.

The vast majority of Jalopnik readers can’t afford a used Stinger GT.

There are a like 50 goofballs on this website waiting for used Stingers, the vast majority of the buying public likely has no idea that car exists.

I’d argue you on a few points there but you’re not going to like them.

We think in very different terms.

Let’s face it. Less than 1% of the owners are ever going to push those brake to anything near their peak performance.

Exactly, I know the idea here is to suggest what the person wants, but sometimes it should be to ask “WTF are you doing?” and talk some sense into them.

The 4.6 isn’t really a bad motor per se, it’s just that it doesn’t make a lot of horsepower, or torque, and it’s physically very big. Overall it’s just not a good engine swap candidate, especially when you can get a car with equal or more hp/torque for a good price and without the hassle of swapping an engine.

Even though I’m generally a modular apologist, sell that 4.6 and get something that’s actually worth swapping. Or just throw it in the trash where it belongs and buy a car that doesn’t need a swap.* Most modern cars will offer the same or more HP, and torque than the 4.6 makes, the only thing that might be missing is

God, the Z3 is hilarious. Just get a Z3 and bingo, you got what you wanted and more, saving about $10k.

That Z8 replica actually looks pretty good. All the other BMW replicas made me laugh because most of those Z3's cost next to nothing to buy now and days.

Is anyone buying a Genesis brand car? I never see them.
