Compared to a 2.oL TDI? How is my statement not true? The turbo gassers do not have a $7,000 high pressure fuel pump(parts+labor), The injectors run at ~80psi instead of upwards of 30,000psi. The turbo gas motor is MUCH simpler and still returns good fuel economy, upwards of 38hwy

I sold my manual Passat back 3 years ago for over $19k (over $6k more than I paid for it 2 years before that) used the money to pay off all debt outside of house and school and you’re telling me I can essentially go back and get my car back with a new warranty for cheap again?!?  This is like Christmas!!!  Thanks VW

With the fuel economy and relative simplicity of the 1.8T and 1.4T, I’d go gasser too. High 30's for highway fuel economy is good enough for me.

Unfortunately, the awd wasn’t available on the diesel on this side of the pond.

“Autonomous cars are going to save millions of lives!”

Also to be fair of the Rock, he’s been calling people “Candy Asses” for the last 20 years in the WWE. That also included his friends when he was babyface.

Now now, no kink-shaming.

The only one who doesn’t come across totally awful is Johnson.

Vin Diesel’s points system would make Gary Gygax pround.

Mr. Diesel had an idea: Why not assign numerical values to every move—head butt, roundhouse kick, body slam—so he could calculate a total and determine if the two men were getting pummeled evenly?

You’re not wrong. About 10-15 years ago, mid-grade was 10-15 cents more per gallon than regular and premium was 10-15 cents more per gallon than mid-grade. Now it’s 25-30 cents more for each grade increase.

Sorry what?

A friend of mine, who is a tech and owns a German auto service center, has the V10 Touareg with an aftermarket extended warranty. He said that he’s selling it right before the warranty is up.

Agree 100 percent on a Jalop Lambo company car.

I complete a lot of maintenance myself, yet the owner of the local BMW performance shop knew me on a first name basis in a matter of months. The last time I called he proclaimed “it’s been too long, have you been driving your cars!?”

You can just pay a dominatrix far less money to inflict that pain on you.

Neutral: I don’t have a connected car, but I drive on street with a bunch of you who do. And considering you all drive around with your fucking heads up your asses already, I am not concerned about your car being hacked since I probably wouldn’t even notice a change in your tom-fuckery should it happen anyway.

you own those cars and DONT work on them yourself?

Your yearly maintenance bills must be close to the GDP of a small Caribbean country.
