Was happy to see Omnibus. It’s been my companion the past couple years on my daily walk, downloaded to an MP3 player. Did you mention how funny they are?

At 76, I’ve been buying cars for 55 years. First one was a 13-year-old 1950 Chevy for $75 at a used car lot. Two weeks pay back then.

“Deserted Island.” I like that. So much that in years past I wrote three websites: Deserted Island Music, Movies and Books.

The only advantage AM has over FM is distance. But is distance important during times of emergency? Don’t I want to know what’s happening in my local area a lot more than a thousand miles away?

This lunkhead should be required to attend a few funerals of those killed by drunk drivers. It pains me, as a Republican, to have idiots like this in our ranks. Especially when it might mean “Nabilah Islam, a radical leftist” will get elected.

That’s exactly how I’d buy a car, but I thought it went out with hula hoops.

As we’re laughing, let’s remember it’s us who will be paying, as insurance companies raise their prices to protect themselves from lawsuits like this.

Curious more about the owner than the cars, I found: https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/atholdailynews/name/cory-taylor-obituary?id=7720986

My 2011 Toyota Venza is essentially a Camry wagon. Venzas stopped production in 2015 and were reborn in 2021 as hybrids. I find mine to be perfectly sized. Then again, I had a 1977 Chevy Malibu wagon for 15 years and a 1963 Dodge Dart wagon for three. These were not great cars but something about wagons I’ve always

Maybe it is. Nothing else seems to be working.

The better spaces are positioned near the front of the store.” Not for me. At the far end spaces are empty enough to where we can often drive through to the space in front, making exits easy. We also get a little exercise walking to the store, and a little less chance of our car getting nicked by opened doors in

I’m with you, but think that instead of backing in you should park a little further away where you can pull straight forward into the far parking space. That’ll let you drive out of the parking space same as if you’d backed in.
