That’s a funny way to say “You guys definitely called it”

I’m not sure why you’re bringing up the Washington Post? The New York Times broke the story earlier this morning — two different cities, two completley different media outlets.

On a slightly related note.

I mean, I think you’re kind of blowing off the existence of nonwhite Greek organizations; they’re a thing and I’ve always heard that they’re quite helpful to their members.

Their winter collection looks impressive

Someone in my office wears them every day and I don’t know why HR hasn’t called her in yet. We have a business casual dress code, not a “wear clothes for children to a professional office” dress code.

And I AM a mom. But I don’t feel compelled to dress like my child’s art from when he was 5 and all his people looked like potatoes.

Ha, before reading I thought maybe Mexican Resorts were having electricity issues, and thought that doesn’t seem that bad that it requires a day time tv host to talk about it.

But did you see Baby Driver. He’s adorable in that.

I’ll give you that. Trump just dumped it. But isn’t the outrage about him overfeeding and killing the fish?

Even Stringer Bell paid the price for violating the Sunday truce, but not Republicans. They’re bullet-proof that way.

I’m a little befuddled as to the reason I am receiving these hostile responses. I was responding to a commenter who responded to a commenter on the thread. If you wish to complain that someone’s first response was to correct grammar, then perhaps you might redirect to the commenter who began the thread.

There’s a long history of using “they” as a singular pronoun and we actually already use it in a lot of grammatical contexts. An average English-speaking person can already use it in the singular really easily, especially if they don’t think about it. <- for example.

Well, right. I didn’t think that I had to specify for ‘sentient beings’, but, let me clarify, then: we are lacking a gender-neutral third-person pronoun and possessive pronoun for sentient beings — including humans — who have heretofore been identified through gender-based categories that may be obsolete in the modern

If you look at the link to the story from Gawker, these allegations have been around for years. Spacey has been doing this for decades. And if you don’t think powerful men absolutely definitely do this to people, you have led a very sheltered life. Your grain of salt is pointing in the wrong direction. It’s the

Guardians was lighter?? It was funny, yes, but it was also very emotional impactful. I’ve cried every time I watched Vol. 2, including yesterday on an airplane (viewing #7)

Hell, if this is the story of where Hulk and Thor were during Civil War...imagine the gut punch when they get back from their wacky space adventure to find Rhodes in the hospital, half their buddies on the lamb, and Tony/Steve not on speaking terms.

I’m pretty sure that just the two Thor movies and the first Avengers will give you more than enough context for this film. And not carry the risk of a blood clot from all that sitting.

Provided you don’t need to, y’know, sleep.

You’re my fave Anna. You were on dirtcast semi recently (August R Kelly episode) and you were referring to a story you wanted to write but couldn’t quite yet, I was dyyyying to know what it was, anyhoo... you work hard and I always look forward to your wonderful articles.
