I’d be more interested in age limits rather than term limits, for all federal officials.
The Tank! opening was actually great and it was the only thing that’s gotten me hyped for the show.
“Honestly, I think it’s very commendable and admirable that Rae is trying to branch out of gaming. I just think that the blue light stuff is a little bit iffy.”
Coming from your previous chair, almost anything would be an improvement. The old chair is the kind offices fill their conference rooms with because they look good and aren’t meant to be sat in for longer than an hour at a time.
Ironically, anyone bragging about having a high IQ is good proof that they don’t. IQ is a bullshit metric to measure “intelligence”, and anyone uncritically repping it in 2021 is a buffoon.
And yet the fascist Townshend still works there. Activision probably has the singular most evil governance team of any non-PMC company
Are they gonna release an iPad app?
“I hope the megaconglomerate crushes its tiny competition because the competitor was gauche in its messaging”
Back when Nielsen households were the only way to track who watched/listened to TV and radio ads, it was understandable the metrics had huge discrepancies. After all, the sample sizes were super limited and asking people to track their own viewing/listening habits is unlikely to be accurate.
Goddamn that’s brutal. I watched the first episode a few weeks ago, and meant to catch up at some point. I get this was probably a high budget show, so the expectations must have been high, but how badly must it have been underperforming for them to announce the cancellation mid-season?
I really hate how deep dive pieces like always start in media res so pretentiously. It makes me really not want to read the rest of the article to get the details on what actually happened.
Based on Netflix’s standards, unless Chapelle came out of your screen Ring-style, nothing would be considered “real world harm” to them
I was just updated to full-width images and tweets a few days ago. I though I would prefer it, but after using it I really hate it.
My first car had a mid-grey interior and I disliked it from the get go. My current car has a light tan interior and I absolutely love it. There are a lot of black elements it pairs nicely with. I’ll never go back to dark interiors.
If Apple wants people to stop pirating their content, they need to convert those people to paying subscribers. Basic economics tells you that people aren’t subscribing in large enough volume because there isn’t enough good content on the service to make the sub fee worth it.
I have an S60 right now and my lease is up next year. I absolutely love the styling of this car and was considering it as my next ride.
Things like digital marketplaces, which allow owners to do things like order food and items from stores for curbside pickup, aren’t even wanted.
Uh actually someone thought it was worth $2B
I use Overcast rather than the native app. One thing I’ve learned is all Podcast apps suck hard. None of them are good about intelligently switching to the next episode, and the all have an infuriating habit of hiding “listened” to episodes by default.
