I can’t believe (yes I can) that someone actually stated in front of an entire room of colleagues and board members that he was planning on acting like a sexist cockrag because there was nothing that could be done about it.

Why not try some sort of green tea matcha dessert?
I agree with Phoebe. You can do some kind of mint chocolate chip cheesecake. Oooh or this: https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/chocolate-mint-layer-cake put some green colored white chocolate design on top. Or just green icing or some kind of football decal. Make a toothpick goalpost? Idk who cares sounds delicious!
That old school green jello, crushed pineapple, and cool whip dessert should be fairly easy to make.
IDK how much of an improviser you are but-
Lay a bag of pretzels out on a baking sheet put a rolo on top and bake for a few minutes to melt. Super easy and yummy
As a twentysix year old who currently has agonizing cramps, I fully agree with you
Agree! They both suck and their fans are all a-holes. The Patriots are jerks, and after the way the Eagles fans treated Viking fans a couple of weeks ago, I’ve decided I hate them too.
Congratulations to MiddleChild and you!
I saw “Blade Runner” at an impressionable young age and I *had* to have a clear raincoat like Zhora’s. Which she gets brutally slaughtered while wearing, so there might be something wrong with me.
Haven’t been to Portland, but we moved outside of Seattle from LA 5 years ago and we’re NEVER going back. It’s expensive as fuck, though.
I’m from Boston but live in Seattle, and that embarrassing Super Bowl loss to the Pats a couple years back makes it real hard to root for them ever.
Seattle. Portland doesn’t have a lot of job opportunities, which is why it attracts the trust fund/self employed hipster artisan types. Seattle is a much larger city and metro area- Boeing, Amazon, Microsoft, The Gates Foundation, UW, all very large employers that need people with a wide variety of skills.
Okay here in Houston these boot things could work if they were a couple of inches taller.
Books being Read: Just read “Fire and Fury” by Michael Wolff & feel like I need a shower after reading it. I’m currently reading “Quackery a brief history of the worst ways to cure everything” by Lydia Kang and Nate Pedersen. I’m…
Sigh. Looks like I’m back in the greys. Got a new phone, and my burner key won’t work :-(
Just on experience visiting both while I lived in LA, I’d say Seattle simply because it seems to be larger so it might be less of a shock. I found Portland nice but it felt very small to me. Though the weather in Seattle might be rougher on you...we had a few perfect weather days while there so that helped, ha.…
A friend of mine from college just passed away at 27 a couple weeks ago. He had gone missing for several days before he was found and his family discovered his note. My extended friend group was in a collective state of panic when he went missing.
Not as bad as when the dental hygienist asks me stuff. You’ve got your fingers in my mouth, lady! What are you thinking?
