Honestly, probably me too. I have the TV on most of the day while I’m working and I’d say 75% of the time it’s Food Network.

I pretty much only watch the food network. I will occasionally binge something on Netflix but my standard TV is the food network. I find it weirdly calming.

You make good points but I’m more referencing the attitude of the daughter. I clicked through and basically ONJ says she has no plans and then the daughter immediately starts spouting anti-vaccine bullshit.

My dad has an appointment for his first shot this week and I have never been so relieved in my life. I can’t imagine NOT wanting my parent to get this vaccine. Or myself for that matter. I will be counting down the days.

Basically what happens is I look at my finances and go “hmmm maybe I could update (thing that isn’t broken and I just want to update)” and then a few days later something breaks.

Me too. It’s my mom’s favorite. And it’s so easy to make which I love. Especially with a food processor so I’m not hand grating carrots. My house smells amazing right now.

I don’t and 9 years down the line I have pretty much replaced everything.  I’m at the point where I’m considering selling in the next few years.  There’s a stubborn part of me that wants to make it to 10 years.

That actually makes a lot of sense.  I still get mail for him and I assumed he was South Asian based on the name.  They were also poorly installed. One of them caused a leak so bad it stained the ceiling below.

The water heater is such a pain. I’ve never heard mine break but one time I just woke up to cold water and the other time I came home to water all over my basement. The time I woke up to cold water my roommate texted me to tell me and I walked down to the basement just going “please dont be the water heater” over and…

Within the first year of buying my house I had to get a fridge because there wasn’t one, replace the dishwasher, and I believe the dryer also. I have replaced the dryer twice and the water heater twice. I’ve been here almost 9 years now and the most recent replacement is the garbage disposal.

I’m convinced my house is haunted my a ghost who just likes to troll me by breaking appliances. I have replaced every. single. appliance in this house. A couple twice over.
