I agree: it is appalling. The author sounds like a vapid, airheaded idiot.

Not necessarily true. I get asked out as much as I ask. I just don’t think that one gender has to be responsible for doing the asking.
Your loss. You miss getting to know a confident, fearless woman who knows her own mind and goes for what she wants. But then again, chances are any woman like that will give you and your MRA assumptions a hard pass.
Leave out the “I’m attracted to you” part. If you say it out loud, it sounds creepy and if you ask somebody out, it’s implied. If somebody opens with that, I ALWAYS say no. It skeeves me out.
Me too. I just asked, straight out. I got turned down once. I winced, but it certainly wasn’t the end of the world and I was glad I was direct about it. There’s no magic to it either — “Hey, can I take you to lunch?” That’s all there was to it. No creepiness involved.
And that gives this loser the right to make it some innocent woman’s problem? I don’t think so.
WHY THE FUCK SHOULD SHE DO THAT? SHE WAS MARRIED!! She doesn’t have to “let him down easy”! He was being intrusive and presumptuous! Who gives a fuck about his feelings in that context? NO.
I’m curious...how is that misogynistic?
Do you know what? I have a full set of Circulon pots and pans and I LOVE them! I have a full set of Kitchenaid pots and pans and I can’t stand the things. Different strokes, eh? I do most of my frying in my cast iron skillet though, so I have never had to contend with those ridges everyone seems to loathe...otherwise,…
That’s a really nice spoon.
How about just have the extra ten just sit on the original ten people’s laps? That makes about as much sense...
The screwing you get for the screwing you got!
My dad was Paul Newman’s twin, right down to the blue eyes.
This is a typical Irish wedding (I’ve been to many) though this got out of hand.
She was epic as Sue Ellen!
that was awesome
Who’s crying now, Tim?
I’m loving that chaise, though.
Ah, Stab City, how I’ve missed you...
I have a question about Great Lengths extensions (do you do those?). My stylist says they don’t damage your hair (they sure cost enough) but I’m not sure. Your take?
