This is garbage oat advice. If you are nuking your oatmeal, you are doing it totally wrong. Get steel cut oats, unrolled. That is some good carbs right there. Then cook the fucker on your stove (in milk or almond milk) for 25 minutes or so, give or take. Add cinnamon beforehand, and whatever other spices you like.…
