For me, I was never good at really utilizing a planner until I found Bullet Journal. I don’t use it for appointments -- I keep those digital -- but for tasks and projects, it’s amazing how much more productive I’ve been since starting the BuJo system!

I use Google Calendar + Pocket Informant to keep all my appointments straight. Some weeks, when I know I have a lot going on, I’ll sit down at the beginning of the weekend and write up a “Weekly Focus” with all my appointments and all the things I need to do for those, as well as the other tasks/goals I have for the

Yep. Mice are dumb enough to keep coming inside my house in the country, but they never last too long. My cats tell me exactly when I have one, where it is, and within a day or two, they’ve dispatched it. Usually leaving me its nose and whiskers to clean up. (I think whiskers must tickle if eaten...)

I’m a huge fan of the Bullet Journal system and couldn’t manage my life without it anymore. I have been guilty of trying to make each weekly spread beautiful, but lately, I’ve gotten to the point where I just do the monthly spread and list of goals/tasks for the month, then add a tracker for writing every day.

I’m on a well and geothermal, so I can take showers as long as I want! The only energy cost is the tiny amount of electricity to operate the well pump. :)

Far Horizons, Frostfall... Yeah, Skyrim is amazing.

I’m apparently one of the few fountain pen fans who hates the Lamy. When I hold the Lamy the way the grip demands, my downstrokes have to be repeated a couple of times because there’s just no ink the first time. I would blame the nib, but I’ve owned three, and had that problem with every one. :(

I’m a fan of both Flogging Molly and Dropkick Murphys. Add in the Pogues and you’ve got a great set of Irish punk. :)

Ugh—I use Hootsuite at work, and I’m just not that big a fan. While I do use Tweetdeck’s web edition at work for my personal stuff, I really want a standalone app. My Chrome gets bogged down SO QUICKLY with all the tabs I keep open.

Ugh. You have my sympathy. I’m currently going through this myself. I’ve used TurboTax for probably 10 years, and this year I got an error message that my e-file was a duplicate filing for my SS#. When I called TurboTax, they investigated, discovered someone else had filed as me, filed a fraud report themselves, and

I have Windows 10 on my laptop. But I use my desktop as my TV. As long as Windows 10 makes that difficult, I won’t “upgrade.”

*raises hand* I would be one of that crowd.

I don’t think it tastes bitter, but I do think Diet Coke (which also uses aspartame) tastes way sweeter than Coke Zero. And you might also be a super-taster. Some people taste more things than others!

I wish someone would address the affects specifically of drinking Coke Zero and other zero-calorie sodas. I’m sure it’s still not good for me, and obviously some of these still apply, but I’m not drinking high-fructose corn syrup, I’m drinking aspartame. (Which is possibly worse, who knows?)

I have a bachelors in history and work at a museum, but because it’s owned by the city, I get paid what city workers make. And not what city trash collectors make, either. Let’s put it this way—there are Walmart employees making more per hour than I do. I make ends meet because I actually LIKE living with my parents,

I’m voting for the G-2 because it’s my favorite affordable pen to write with (my favorite pen is actually a TWSBI Mini fountain pen, but those aren’t cheap or easy to carry!). But my Fisher Space Pen is always in my jeans pocket, so it’s a strong contender.

Not necessarily. I aspire to be more minimalist because I’m tired of feeling enslaved to my stuff. It has nothing to do with other people, just the fact that I hate storing all this crap and having to look through all this crap to find something I just know I still have. And worse yet, the thought of MOVING all this

I love cursive, but I’ve never done it “properly” outside of when I had a handwriting grade in elementary school. Like you, I do a sort of mash-up of printing and cursive. :)

Water is gross. Especially water that’s not ice cold. :)

Indiana’s law just took effect yesterday!
